remove ortsteil from print address

When using the function module ADDRESS_INTO_PRINTFORM the field ortsteils is added as a line to the resulting address table. In Germany this has not been wanted by the Deutsche Post for years. To remove the ortsteils do the following:

• Maintain the table TSADCORR using the transaction SM30
• Create a entry with the key NOTE_734669 and a value of YES.

In EhP6 systems check if note 1795537 has been installed.
